Monitoring

We have implemented another fix and confirmed things are operational on both campuses. This is a regional ISP outage in the Oregon area affecting two of our primary internet circuits. We had to made necessary changes to move over to our backup circuit. There should be no customer impact at this time, but if you are experiencing any unforeseen issues please contact TechSupport to report.

Our temporary fix may have affected inadvertently Pomona, We're our rolling back some changes.

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results. Our primary ISP has two circuits down and we are on a backup circuit currently, however after this fix was implemented, these down circuits should not be noticeable to the Oregon community.

This incident affected: Microsoft 365 Services (Active Directory Federated Services (Single Sign-On)) and University Networks (Pomona Campus, COMP-Northwest, Oliver Station, CHS-Northwest).
