Following Monday's network outage (https://status.westernu.edu/incidents/klcdxdqq7sqh) caused by a failed battery backup (UPS), IT will replace the UPS supporting the network equipment in the South Park building during this maintenance window. During the replacement, South Park customers will temporarily lose internet, wireless (Wi-Fi), desk phone, and other network connectivity for a few minutes.
